29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) Location - Andover Street, Andover, MA: On or about 6/11/15, the employer failed to ensure the workers were protected from fall hazards where frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite were conducted by a competent person. Master roofers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 20 (b) (2) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 967753 Citation Number 01, Item Number 1 Issued 4/29/14 with respect to workplace located at 6 Dixon Ave, Concord, NH 03301. The final order date for the citation was on 5/14/14.
