29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 90 Lee Street, Stewartstown PA - Employees conducting residential roofing operations on steep roofs were not provided with fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards up to 28 feet - 11 inches to the ground below, on or about June 19, 2015. b) 90 Lee Street, Stewartstown PA - Employees conducting residential roofing operations on low slope roofs were not provided with fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards up to 15 feet - 5 inches to the ground below, on or about June 19, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
