This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. On or about June 17, 2015, the employer did not ensure that receptacle(s) were equipped with a GFCI where the potential of a water leak was feasible and where water on the floor was present. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
