29 CFR 1910.178(n)(8): Under all travel conditions the truck shall be operated at a speed that will permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner. On or about June 15, 2015, by the will call section, at the intersection of the W and ZA aisles, two employees were driving powered industrial trucks that collided when they couldn't stop.
