29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a- 935 Route 73 South, Marlton NJ: An employee, not wearing nor supplied with a full body harness, was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of a Genie S-60 articulated boom lift. At the time of the worksite inspection, this employee had not received scaffold hazard recognition training from a qualified person at the company. Condition noted on or about 06/22/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
