29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) An employee was injured on and admitted to the hospital on Friday, June 5th, 2015. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on Monday morning, June 8th, 2015. The employer notified OSHA on June 9th, 2015 at 3:00p.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
