29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction site: On June 23, 2015 and at time prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet 8 inches to the dirt ground below while sheeting and working on the rake edge of a 6/12 pitch roof.
