29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceeded the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: On or about 6/23/2015, at 12442 River Road in Destrehan, the employer allowed employees to conduct housekeeping in areas with noise levels exceeding 85 dBA and did not implement a monitoring program to determine if employees should be included in a hearing conservation program.
