29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(1)(i): When an employee or designated representative requested access to a record, the employer did not provide access within 15 working days and did not apprise the employee or designated representative the reason for the delay and earliest date when the record can be made available: (a) First Capital Insulation, Incorporated - The employer did not provide the exposure records as requested by the employee representative nor did they provide the reason for the delay, on or about June 23, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
