29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) At the warehouse located at 4430 E Adamo Drive Suit 306 Tampa, Florida, as observed on or about 06/24/2015. 1) access to electrical box A was obstructed by a plastic filling cabinet. 2) access to electrical box B was obstructed by a battery charge and a cement post. 3) access to electrical box C was obstructed by a battery charger and a pedestal fan.
