29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)    On or about 6/24/2015, Additional guarding was needed on the aisle side of #7 PM winder where an area approximately 31" x 31" was open and allowed access to exposed nip points created by the ejection cylinder. Guarding that was in place above that opening needed metal mesh repair.    b)    On or about 6/24/2015, The #7 PM tending side rail transfer guard gate was missing. Reel guarding was also in need of repair and expansion.    c)    On or about 6/24/2015, Side guards were needed on the North side of the roll splitter similar to the ones on the south side.
