29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Jobsite located at 1515 N. Anderson Rd., Newton, KS 67114; employees engaged in roofing work on a steep pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to 8 feet from the eave to concrete below. Fall protection present at the jobsite was not used.
