29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about June 24, 2015 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where electrical supply panels on the main workroom east wall had blocked access with 2x10 wood planks installed within the 36 inch working space at 4801 North Fourth Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. (b) On or about June 24, 2015 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where electrical supply panels on the main workroom south center wall had blocked access with 2x10 wood planks installed within the 36 inch working space at 4801 North Fourth Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. (c) On or about June 24, 2015 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where electrical supply panels on the main workroom west center wall had blocked access with 2x10 wood planks installed within the 36 inch working space at 4801 North Fourth Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. (b) On or about June 24, 2015 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where electrical supply panels in electrical room 160 had blocked access by construction materials and other equipment at 4801 North Fourth Avenue, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
