29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite at 13 Chester Street, Glens Falls, NY - On or about June 24, 2015 employees of a subcontractor were on a steep roof and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 38 feet and not protected by either a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
