29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) On or about June 23, 2015 and at times prior to, an employee was walking/working on the 3rd floor a new commercial building cleaning, sweeping and picking trash. The employee was not fall protected, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of about 26 ft. to the lower ground.
