29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: On or about June 24, 2015 and in times prior thereto a 120 Volt breaker panel providing temporary power to the construction site had 2 inch openings located on one side, the bottom of the panel and on the dead front where a breaker was missing. The panel was located in Building 3, area H creating an electrical hazard to workers.
