): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 24, 2015, during framing and sheeting activities at a worksite located at 16046 Pearl Rd., Strongsville, Ohio 44136, the employer failed to protect its employees from a fall of approximately 14 feet by using a personal fall arrest system. The Oppenheim Construction Companies Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number991657, citation number 1 item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Chester Av., Cleveland, Ohio.
