29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) On the south side of 600 Eastland Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri, an employee of Creek Enterprise Inc. was working from a truck mounted elevated bucket performing installation of communication lines without a body belt worn or lanyard attached to the boom or basket. The employee was removed from the fall hazard and donned a body harness, lanyard and attached the lanyard to the basket.
