29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Each lavatory was not provided with hot and cold running water, or tepid running water: (a)Milgard Windows & Doors at 17450 E 32nd Place, Aurora, CO 80011: On and before June 22nd, 2015, the employer did not ensure that restrooms provided for hot or tepid running water. Employees have reported that there has been no hot water in any of the restrooms for years. This condition exposed employees to non-sanitary conditions.
