29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Studio, where equipment not used as listed or labeled included: 1. Office, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with the brown extension cord and used to supply power to the Sony television. 2. Cubicle, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to electronic equipment. 3. Studio B, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with the green extension cord and used to supply power to the overhead light fixtures. The Social Security Administration was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 730021, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on November 30, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Auburn, WA.
