29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: A.) Rehrig Pacific Company; machine shop - On or about 4/14/15, the paint pail machine was not guarded in such a way as to prevent employees from being able to reach up under a guard to access moving parts. Moving parts included, but were not limited to, the moving feeder and the caught between hazard area created by the moving feeder, the blue guard and the fixed structure of the machine.
