(b) Big Dipper: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, the runway located at the highest point of the ride and used by employees to perform maintenance activities, measuring approximately 40 foot to ground has a wire intermediate rail that is sagging to the runway floor and has a visible opening from ground level between the runway walking surface and the railing. (c) Big Dipper: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, the runway located at the end of the ride and used by employees to perform maintenance activities, measuring 6 foot 8 inches to the ground is missing an intermediate rail and has a 2 foot 2 inch wide by 5 foot long opening between the railing and the walking surface of the runway. (d) Little Dipper: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, the runway around the outer perimeter of the ride is used by employees to perform maintenance activities, measuring approximately 20 foot to the ground at the highest point has a chain top rail that does not have enough tension to reduce the visible sag and is missing an intermediate rail.
