29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: (a) Jobsite, 228 Federal Street, Pittsburgh, PA: on or about June 23, 2015, during drywall finishing operations on the tenth floor, the employer did not ensure that extension cords being used were free from rips/tears in outer jacket, exposing the operator to an electrical hazard.
