29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) in the transport trailers - the cases of milk products that were stacked on pallets were not sufficiently secured against shifting and sliding during transport, resulting in them breaking apart from each other and falling to the floor of the trailers, creating a struck-by and slip/fall hazard; observed on or about 6/24/15.
