29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: a) Stairway adjacent to the break room, on or about June 25, 2015, provided access to the administrative offices located on the second level and were not uniform in rise height with approximately 1 inch of top step height variation, exposing employees to fall hazards.
