29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Construction site at 20 Shelbourne Dr., Reading, PA: On or about June 29, 2015; on the north side of the drive through portico, two employees were performing work while utilizing an aerial lift without adequate fall protection. Employees were standing in an aerial lift at a height of approximately 15ft. without the use of personal fall protection while hanging wood sheathing. Abatement certification 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. R&R Plaster & Drywall Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 907645, citation 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/5/13, with respect to a workplace located at 4423 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
