Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

On June 29, 2015, an employee was exposed to cave in hazards while performing work activities in an unprotected trench 7 feet deep and the employer did not ensure employees were protected by an adequate protective system. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
