29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Jobsite, Under the North Bound Tri-Boro Bridge (Bridge #28117), Span #4, Turtle Creek, PA: On or about June 29, 2015, employees were not tied off while they were taking down the netting that was used for fall protection. The fall hazard to the employees was about 30 feet to the ground.
