29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about June 24, 2015, and at times prior, Kipling Commons LLC, as the controlling employer did not ensure that the subcontractors on the site, including but not limited to Mountain Country Builders Inc., South Construction LLC, and Varela's Construction LLC, were safe from health and safety hazards at the site by conducting regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, proper housekeeping and adequate ground conditions. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
