29 CFR 1926.452(j)(1): 29 CFR 1926.452(j)(1):  Pump jack brackets, braces, and accessories were not fabricated from metal plates and angles:  (a)  On or about June 24, 2015, the employer did not ensure that a worker on a pump jack scaffold raised 14 feet above the ground was protected from falls installing a brace at the top of the north-most pole that was made of metal.
