29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about June 29, 2015, employee was plastering a commercial property wall, operating an aerial lift and was not wearing any type of fall protection equipment. This condition exposed employee to falls of 10 feet to the ground level.
