29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a. On or about June 30, 2015, at J & D Specialist, Inc., the employer was using an unapproved platform on the forks of a forklift to lift employees to install windows on a second floor, exposing employees to a 17 foot fall hazard.
