29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffold was erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that the components or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to exposed and energized power lines than three (3) feet: a) 18 Grant Street, Carteret, NJ 07008. Employee was working on and from Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold installing new vinyl siding when the scaffold was erected closer than three feet to energized power lines exposing him to electrical hazards. Condition occurred on or about 06/29/15.
