29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Lot 26, 27 Montclaire Road, Medford NJ: Employees, not supplied with full body harnesses, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle and material receiving activities from a residential roof with a pitch of approximately 3 on 12. Condition observed on or about 06/30/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
