29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 2110 Route 38 West, Cherry Hill NJ: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from a JLG 450-AJ SII articulated boom lift's elevated manlift basket when wearing full body harnesses without any lanyards attached to them and the proper tie off point(s) within the manlift basket. Condition observed on or about 06/30/15.
