29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1): Standard railing(s) did not consist of top rail, intermediate rail (approximately half way between the top rail and floor (21 inches)) and/or posts and/or did not have a vertical height of 42 inches (106.7 cm) nominal from upper surface of top rail to floor: a) Automotive and Welding Shop; The second floor storage area had a top rail which measured 41 inches high and a mid-rail which measured 12 inches high. The midrail was not located half way in between the floor and top rail. The Army Corps of Engineers Mud Mountain Dam was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314899196, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on July 12, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Enumclaw, WA.

This violates the UL listing and labeling of the power strip and exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.
