29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(ii): Permit no riders on farm field equipment other than persons required for instruction or assistance in machine operation: a. 1236 Wayne Poultry Road, Pendergrass, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were riding the bucket attachment on the John Deere tractor approximately 15ft. from lower level, when an employee fell out of the bucket to ground below, while in the process of cleaning out the evaporate cool cell PVC pipes, on or about June 19, 2015.
