29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: A) on Vessels YTT 10 and YTT 11 materials that were being treated with a needle gun were found to contain lead, however the employer had the work done without performing initial air sampling to determine whether or not employees were exposed to airborne lead levels above the action level or permissible exposure limit.
