29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On the roof of a commercial building, north side, on or about July 1, 2015, employees were exposed to a fall hazards of 10 feet to the paved ground below, while working on a roof with a pitch of 5:12 without fall protection and not being trained on the procedures to recognize fall hazards.
