(a) 1201 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne Pennsylvania, Sausage Kitchen - Employees lockout a Wolf King meat grinder for cleaning. The employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the employee to ensure that the employees had an understanding of their responsibilities under the lockout program, on or about July 1, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
