29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    a)  20 Cedar Grove Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873:  The employee working from the bucket of an aerial lift (Genie Boom Z45/25J) without fall protection performing a framing operation approximately ten feet above the ground was exposed to fall hazards.     Condition observed on or about 6/23/2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems.    a) 20 Cedar Grove Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873:  Employees working on a low sloped roof approximately 15 feet above the ground without fall protection performing a framing operation were exposed to fall hazards.     Condition observed on or about 6/23/2015.
