OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. This violation occurred on or about July 1, 2015, a Baker Sign Construction, LLC employee carrying a bucket of tools while climbing down a ladder was exposed to the hazards of falling greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
