The workspace was used for storage and        obstructed with material boxes.           d) On or about 7/6/2015, in the utility room: the electrical breaker box had exposed        energized parts, as the panel box cover was left open, exposing employees to accidental        contact with exposed energized parts. The workspace was used for storage and        obstructed with material boxes.           e) On or about 7/6/2015, in the utility room: Breakers were not labeled and unused        openings were not closed.            f) On or about 7/6/2015, in the utility room: Electrical breaker panels were obstructed as        the area was used for storage and obstructed with boxes, personal items, other        equipment, etc.           Amongst other feasible means of abatement: Appropriately cover energized parts, label each breaker, and clear the working space to comply with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Electrical Code 70, Article(s) 100.
