29 CFR 1926.102(a)(3): The vision of employees requiring use of corrective lenses in spectacles was not protected by goggles or spectacles of one of the types listed in paragraphs (i) through (iii) of this section. A) North side of Isle of Hope School, on or about July 1, 2015, an employee who wore corrected lens (glasses) was working near a Makita cut-off saw that was being used to cut a concrete step without protective spectacles over the corrective lens (glasses).
