29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Every enclosed workplace was not so constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin: a) Employee area and storage room in the back of the Dollar General Store #10982, 5750 Shaffer Rd. in DuBois, PA. On or about June 30, 2015, and times prior thereto, the backdoor was damaged in that an opening in the lower, left-hand corner allowed for mice and snakes to enter the workplace. b) Employee area and storage room in the back of the Dollar General Store #10982, 5750 Shaffer Rd. in DuBois, PA. On or about June 30, 2015, and times prior thereto, damaged goods, including food items, were stored in front of the backdoor for up to one week until the items were thrown away.
