OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: 1) Section 31 and 32, 38 Magnum Street, Atlanta, GA Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by or crushed when the employer did not ensure that a six tier, 42 foot high shoring tower was properly dismantled. The employees began to manually push the shoring tower when the tower became unstable and fell over.
