29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): 29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify: Along the west section of the overpass construction, on or about July 06, 2015, employees exposed to struck-by hazards while working in close proximity to a Link-Belt hydraulic type crane model HTC-86100 without having any type of barriers in place where employees were walking within the swing radius perimeter of the crane.
