29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:    a - North Side of Warehouse, Medford NJ: On or about 07/06/15 CSHO observed company employees exposed to explosion and fire hazards when three acetylene cylinders (approximately 15 inches tall with an approximate capacity of 8.5 lbs each) exposed to struck by and falling objects when they were sitting, unprotected, on the floor within the warehouse.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazards:      a- 101 South Main Street, Medford NJ: The employer had not completed a hazard assessment to ensure that employees who are required to use/handle chemicals in the workplace were provided with the proper personal protection equipment.  Employees were noted frequently using the products including but not limited to, Foam-brite(a corrosive), 2+2 Instant Gum Cutter, Zep 50 Heavy Duty Foaming Degreaser, etc.  Condition noted on or about 07/06/15.      NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Employees were noted frequently using the products including but not limited to, Foam-brite(a corrosive), 2+2 Instant Gum Cutter, Zep 50 Heavy Duty Foaming Degreaser, etc.  Condition noted on or about 07/06/15.      NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    a- Electrical Panels - Warehouse - Equipment Storage - Chapel Avenue, Medford NJ: Main electrical panels and junction boxes for the facility used to control light, outdoor equipment, etc. were not maintained free of storage material product.  A minimum 30 inches of working space was not maintained.  Observed on or about 07/06/15.
