29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: a) For employees who were accessing vehicles that were located in the rear of the building while using a fixed two riser concrete stairway. The height of the risers were 8.25"and 6-5/8", as observed on or about July 7, 2015.
