29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.  These requirements are in addition to any other requirements for equipment grounding conductors:    In the Phase II center of the store, there was no ground-fault circuit-interrupter or assured equipment grounding conductor program to protect employees that used a 110 VAC Porter-Cable router on plywood.  The router was supplied power through an extension cord that was plugged into a receptacle mounted in the wall.  The receptacle was not a ground-fault circuit-interrupter receptacle, and it was not connected to a ground-fault circuit-interrupter circuit breaker.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of contacting electricity.    KENWOOD PACIFIC CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.404(B)(1)(I) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315092601, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 3, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE ALTERATION OF DFS RETAIL SPACE INTO BEAUTY WORLD PROJECT, GARAPAN, SAIPAN, MP 96950.
